The long-awaited third edition lists information on the over 8,000 auto racing facilities that have existed since the dawn of the automobile. The information in the 850-page book includes the various names, track sizes and surfaces, and the years each track operated. The library-quality book includes data on active and defunct tracks, from the famous to the most obscure. Over 700 photos are spread throughout the popular book, which covers dirt tracks, paved tracks, wood tracks, road courses, and dragstrips.
