US Shifter Nationals to be July 4-6

NORMAN, OK - There is only one U.S. Shifter National Championship! The 2003 United States Shifter Nationals (USSN) will take place July 4-6 at the Oklahoma Motorsports Complex in Norman Oklahoma. The USSN was developed as the "championship title for all series", and does not require entrants to be a current member of any karting organization. Coming into the fourth year, this championship keeps getting better!

125cc classes will have $1000 payouts to the winners (20 entry minimum), along with Crystal Trophies. All podium finish positions will receive medals. Negotiations are still ongoing for additional prize monies. Teams from Florida, California, Arkansas, with the best that Texas and Oklahoma have to offer will be there. Tom Argy will again be the Race Director.

Weather will be the same as expected for the World Finals in August. Record laps times are expected to be set again in several classes this year.

This is the one event that determines the US National Shifter Class Champions. Make your plans to attend!
