Path Valley Karters Complete Saturday Races By Walt Cox SPRING RUN, PA - Path Valley Speedway Park completed a full program of four-wheeler and Burris kart racing Saturday, July 5th dodging stray showers. An interesting mix of veterans won a majority of the races including past champion DJ Holland of Claysburg in the Jr. Stock class although past champion Troy Imler of Imler in the Open Class finished fourth with his sister, Tracy, in victory lane. Craig Robinson of Port Royal continued his domination of the four-wheelers. Karts and four-wheelers race weekly on the full Path Valley quarter-mile under the sponsorship of Burris Racing. Gates open at 10 a.m. with warm-ups by noon every Saturday. The Path Valley Speedway Park is located in Spring Run PA a mile north on PA Route 641 from the intersection with PA Route 75, halfway between Port Royal and Hagerstown. It is five miles east from the Willow Hill Exit 14 of the PA Turnpike. The new phone number at the track for promoter Ken Geesey is 717-349-7111.
