Mid States Super Series Announces 2003 ScheduleGRAND RAPIDS, MI - The Russell Karting / Dunlop Tire Mid States Super Series committee has announced its 2003 race schedule. Five organizations; Badger Kart Club, Indianapolis Kart Club, Karters of America Racing Triad (KART), Michigan Kart Club, and River Valley Kart Club will cooperate to help run the six race series. For the third year in a row, Russell Karting / Dunlop Tire, one of the leading kart part suppliers in North America, will be the series title sponsor in 2003. For the second year in a row, Automated Media, Inc., your source for manufacturing solutions, will be an associate sponsor along with West Racing, run by John West from the Chicago area, who has been a long time sponsor and supporter of the series. With the help of Dave Larson and the International Racing Association, the Mid States Super Series and the Championship Enduro Series will be racing at four events collectively. The CES will follow the Mid States Super Series class structure along with a few other classes that the CES will run. Along with the Gateway event, the Dunlop Tire Road America Super Nationals will also be a part of the KART schedule for the Mid America Road Racing Series (MARRS). KART is not the only association involved in the Mid States Super Series. Four events will be WKA National Road Race Regional events for those who are looking to earn regional points for those classes offered by the Mid States Super Series.
