TAG USATM - A new beginning

ANTIOCH, IL - Upon the sudden and tragic death of its founder and president Tom Argy Jr., TAG USATM found itself without a leader. After a lengthy conversation with son Tommy Argy, it was felt that this important and successful program be turned over to Dave Larson of the International Racing Association. During the past two weeks, Mr. Larson has contacted scores of individuals on both sides of the Atlantic to discuss the future of the program. After much discussion, Mr. Larson has been fortunate to assemble the following stellar board of directors, and advisors which is designed to carry forth the racing program implemented by Argy less than a year ago.

For the competitor, TAG (Touch and Go) USA was created to provide a fair, fun and safe nationwide program with a limited class structure, and easy-to-understand rules. For the industry, TAG is an effort to unify manufacturers and sanctioning bodies to provide a basis for better product development. The bottom line is TAG will provide a fair racing environment at local tracks, and at national and worldwide event levels.
