MRP Motorsport continues personnel expansionTHREE OAKS, MI - MRP Motorsport, North America's largest importer and distributor for Birel and Freeline Products, continues to pursue better customer service with two new additions. Steve Miller has been hired full-time as General Manager of Operations and Rony Miron will strengthen MRP's ability to support Spanish-speaking racers as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for MRP Motorsport. Steve Miller brings many years of experience to MRP and will handle sales, customer relations and dealer development from MRP Motorsport's Three Oaks, MI location. "Steve brings a wealth of patience and customer service to the MRP staff," said Garry Lobaugh, owner of MRP Motorsport. "To have this many years in the industry and have such a diverse list of contacts from the dealer and supply side of the industry is a rare and unique thing." Perhaps the most unique addition to the MRP staff will be Rony Miron as Customer Service Rep. and instructor for the MRP Speed School. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, Miron will act as a liaison between MRP and their Spanish-speaking customers in both MRP Speed School seminars as well as trackside support at racing venues for the MRP Motorsport team. "I made arrangements to spend a week here at MRP and take a school," said Miron, a dual-citizen of Guatemala and the United States. "When I returned home I was able to teach others what I had learned and the response was overwhelming. When Garry gave me the opportunity to come back and teach at MRP arose, I didn't hesitate." With the added personnel, MRP Motorsport has developed a staff that can service the needs of most everyone, no matter what nationality or specific need.
