Azusa Engineering has purchased specific Morco Products assets including designs, equipment and rights to use the Morco brand name. The acquisition enables Azusa to augment its product line, offering distinct choices in apparel design and collars, while introducing new items like vests, for the first time. Azusa's Racewear line will include a parallel line of Morco products under the Morco brand name. It allows Azusa to grow using industry-recognized design features in less time than it would have taken to develop the products on our own.
