• SSC Pro Shifter Series - Round #4
  Prater outlasts the competition in SK-125 Pro-S1 at Putnam Park. Points' leaders suffer mechanical problems as laps wear on.

• Burris Circle Tour July 1, 2001
  Last lap action makes for exciting racing in the Sr. Briggs class races at Lake Geneva Raceway on July 1, 2001. Anthony Danta made a great pass on the final lap past Rick Simpson to win the Briggs Heavy feature.
  
  

• Mid-State Kart Club's "Firecracker 400"
  Mid-State Kart Club host's special money race on July 4, 2001 using their new 1/5-mile paved oval. Waller picks up $1050.00 in Briggs Medium after a hard fought battle.

• Asean Kart Grand Prix
  Fairuz Fauzy retains his crown at the ASEAN Kart Grand Prix 2001's 100cc Open class for the fourth straight year. Bob Ngaau sweeps the Rotax Max FR125 class heat and finals races.

• Sear's Point/Jim Russell
  Jim Russell Driving School and Sear's Point Raceway announce partnership and the building of the new Sear's Point Karting Center a world-class, state of the art facility.

• Intense Karting Teammates stand 1-2
  Itense Karting Imports team drivers Marc Miller and Ronnie Swyers take top two spots on podium at the Portland International Raceway's Freightliner/G.I. Joe's 200 Champ Car Race.

  
  

• Burris Circle Tour July 8, 2001
  The Burris Circle Tour heats up as they visit the new Illiana Motor Speedway. The racing was fast and the finishes close as many of the races came down to the line and near photo finishes!

• Dunlop Tires Road America Super Nationals
  This year's Dunlop Tires Road America was a huge success with over 900 entries recorded and races with over 100 karts on track at the same time. Karters came from all over North America to try their skill at Road America's grueling four-mile racetrack.

• MG Tires Championship Enduro Series - Race 5
  The MG Tires CES visits Gateway Int'l Raceway for the first of their two races there this season. Lamont Critchett came away with three wins on the weekend. Yamaha Sportsman Heavy on both days and Yamaha Sporstman Lite on Sunday!
