Two Cycle Technology specializes in the sales, service and blue printing of all 2-cycle motors, clutches and related equipment. Whether it is engine blueprinting or rebuilding for sprints, enduros, asphalt or dirt, Two Cycle Technology puts the same consistent quality into each and every motor. This quality is assured through Dyno break-ins and testing.
Two Cycle Technology has a complete on site machine shop with a Bridgeport Mill, Sunnen Hone and Lathe.
"We provide our customers with the finest quality engines available and we deliver them on time. Customer support is our first priority," said Scott Vielgut, owner of Two Cycle Technology. "We work with our customers so they can get the most out of their equipment. If they have any questions or problems we encourage them to call us," added Vielgut.
This quality and service can be seen in championship drivers such as Larry and Ken Streeter, Sportsman winners at the River Valley Kart Club and the Wells Cargo Enduro Series, Dewey Dewhurst in sprint racing, Chad DeSelle and John DaCosta.
Two Cycle Technology sells Yamaha engines and parts, Horstman clutches, Streeter Superstands, Red Line Lubricants and any product you may need for your 2-cycle kart.
Vielgut purchased Two Cycle Technology from Jim Wagner, of Neenah, Wis., in 1995. The reason was simple. "I was unhappy with the service from other engine builders so being a machinist I decided to do my own engines," said Vielgut. He soon was doing friend's motors as well as his own. These numbers grew to a such a point that allowed him to purchase Two Cycle Technology.
Besides its motor work, Two Cycle Technology is known for its remote carb adjusters as well. Two Cycle Technology has a complete machine shop on the premises, and it offers trackside technical support at the Badger Raceway or any track it attends. Next season Two Cycle Technology will be running in the Midwest Sprint Series.
